RETURN POLICY

PRODUCT RETURNS

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as they were delived and have not been damaged. We will refund the products if they are returned within 10 days from the date of their delivery. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will be carried out once the products have been returned to the company

In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legalization documents and receipts.

The shipping costs of the returned products to our facilities are payed by the customer.

If you cancel your order, you will be liable for any reduction in the value of the products only as a result of handling them in a way other than the necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the products.

In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products.

The right of withdrawal based on the provisions of law does not apply:

In case the products have been used.

In case the products are custom made, i.e. according to the specifications set by the customer or according to his personal requirements.

Defective products

If you find any defective products upon delivery, please contact us within 2 days from the date of delivery, provided you have the proof of purchase accompanying the product, in order to exercise your rights as detailed below, i.e. replacement of defective products, reduction of price or return of defective products and refund.

In case of return of any defective products, the return is made to the company by the customer, who is responsible for the return along with the receipt of purchase.
